Another fee-sharing law firm claims to be first in Scotland

Yesterday another English law firm set up shop in Scotland claiming to be the first fee-sharing law firm ever to operate north of Hadrian’s Wall.
This was first claimed, also wrongly, by one of their English competitors back in May of this year.
We have again contacted the publications where these erroneous claims have been made and they have been edited out.
Not the first
As we had to point out before, at Inksters we have been operating this model for over 8 years. We now have a network of consultants with 10 offices throughout Scotland. These extend from major cities (Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness) to smaller towns (Forfar, Thurso and Wick) and island communities (Skye, Shetland and Eigg).
And we don’t claim to be the first fee-sharing law firm in Scotland. But we are today the only one operating in Scotland at scale with a geographical reach that is greater than any other and, indeed, greater than any traditional legal practice operating in Scotland.
