Fee-sharing law firm in Scotland for 10 years
On 4 January 2013 Inksters pivoted to being a fee-sharing law firm in Scotland. Certainly one of the very earliest law firms to do so in Scotland.
Accordingly, that is what we do 10 years later. Today Inksters is the only legal practice operating a fee-share consultancy model in Scotland at scale. Inksters has a geographical reach that is greater than any other and, indeed, greater than any traditional legal practice operating in Scotland.
We now have a network of consultants with 11 offices throughout Scotland. These extend from major cities (Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen and Inverness) to smaller towns (Forfar, Renfrew, Thurso and Wick) and island communities (Skye, Shetland and Eigg).
2023 will see further growth and expansion (including a new office location) as some exciting announcements next week will reveal.

- Reduce your costs
- Get all the benefits that a larger organisation can offer
- Become part of an award winning law firm

- Get Brian Inkster
Undoubtedly, 10 years building a fee-sharing law firm in Scotland and nearly 24 years in business in Scotland gives Inksters a significant advantage. Accordingly, you can turn that advantage to your benefit by becoming part of a law firm that knows the Scottish legal market and is not just centred in Edinburgh. Straightaway, one that opens your practice to a Scottish wide client base.
